If you're not at home during the expected delivery time, you can inform us of your delivery preferences. You have the option to choose a Pick-up point or Parcel Locker as a quick and environmentally friendly alternative. Alternatively, you can have your parcel left with a neighbor or in a safe spot near your home.
<li>Sending a parcel?</li>
Creating a shipping label and sending parcels within Belgium or abroad is a breeze with our app. Simply find a Drop-off point in your area. If you're heading to a Parcel Locker, you can even book the locker hassle-free up to 2 hours in advance. Within Belgium, your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
<li>Registered mail straight to your letterbox</li>
You can save time and have your registered mail delivered directly to your letterbox. As soon as it arrives, you will receive a notification.
<li>Open Parcel Lockers from your smartphone</li>
Easily open Parcel Lockers without screens using our app. These lockers are conveniently located near supermarkets, stations, and office buildings.
<li>Pay import costs securely</li>
If you're expecting a parcel from outside the EU, you can securely pay the import costs through our app. This ensures that the request is coming from bpost and protects you against phishing.
<li>Find Pick-up points &amp; Drop-off points</li>
With 2,800+ Post Offices, Post Points, Parcel Points, and Parcel Lockers, there will always be one conveniently located nearby. Use the app to find locations where you can have your bpost parcels delivered or drop them off for shipment.
